How will I know when my product will be delivered?

You will receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, you will be able to track the parcel from departure from our warehouse to arrival at your door. Our courier service will contact you at the contact number you have provided in the shipping address (order notes) before delivery and advise you for when you can expect the parcel. When sending loved ones a gift, you can ad to the suspense by facilitating between our courier company and your loved ones.
We offer DISCREET PACKAGING so no one will know who you ordered from or what you have ordered.


I did not receive my complete order, what do I do?

If a product is missing from your order please contact us immediately for investigation and possible replacement of your product.

What is the freight charge?

We offer free delivery on orders over R600, R99 for 2-4 business day delivery. Additional R59 for Next Day Express Orders (for Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth & Pretoria).
