RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
What happens if I am not entirely satisfied with my product?
My Sex Shop will check and verify each and every product before shipping. If an error has occurred, the product must be returned as soon as possible. If you return a product, please include: full details and an explanation as to why you were not satisfied with the product.
All valid returns will be replaced and shipped within 5 working days once we have received the damaged product.
A full refund will be issued in the circumstance that we cannot replace the product within 5 working days.
Note that this excludes delivery costs.
What happens if I want to return goods?
Due to the nature of the products and the related personal hygiene issues, we do not accept returns on novelty or toy items unless your product is received and appears to be defective or damaged. Make sure you do not use toys underwater unless designed as a submergible toy, we will not accept responsibility for items breaking from use. My Sex Shop is pleased to offer a 10 days exchange policy on all products that have a mechanical component (ie: anything with a motor, an on/off switch or requiring batteries to operate) that are defective. If the product has a retail value of R1000,00 or greater, the warranty period is extended to 30 days. In this case we will be happy to replace the item with the same product or another item of equal value.
IMPORTANT! Before you can return of product to us, you must send us an email to email@example.com ATT: RMA state your explanation of the reason of the return, attach a picture of the product, we will reply in 48 hours with a RMA reference number.
What happens if I want to change my order?

Should you, within 30 days of purchase of an item, for any reason wish to return your order because the product failed to live up to your expectations, you must send a detailed statement on why – along with images. We will assess the complaint and see if it is fit a return and refund. You will be liable for the shipping charges and the goods must be returned to us within 3 business days after the complaint has been warranted for a refund.
