Returns & Exchange

Mysexshop wants you to be happy with your product and overall experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to all products bought from Mysexshop, your ultimate playstore.

Due to the nature of the products and the related personal hygiene issues, we do not accept returns on novelty or toy items unless your product appears to be defective or damaged. We do want to you to have fun with your new toys - if product is sealed and not touched we can facilitate a return and credit voucher with a 20% handling fee.

In the rare circumstances that a product is faulty or damaged you must contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify and make sure that you have a good and positive experience with Mysexshop. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product, we are not able to issue imbursement.

Please note all approved returns on non defective products will carry a 20% handling fee + shipping cost.

IMPORTANT! Before you claim imbursement , you must contact our friendly Whats app chat service0849118975 , and explain your concern. Include a picture of your order and product, use video and please be very clear so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Our aim is to provide the best customer service possible. 

Collection option - Please note!

If you choose collection as your preferred delivery,  please note that your order must be collected within 30 days thereafter it will be returned to warehouse for restocking.

An admin restocking fee of R89 will be applicable and debited from the original order value,  a credit voucher will issued in its place and can be used online or in our showroom.

What happens if I want to change my order?

You are more than welcome to change your order, unless your item(s) has already left our warehouse. Please note that if you want to cancel your order before your order is shipped out it - a 20% admin & handling fee for unpacking & restocking your order will be debited your refund. All refunds are done from PayFast and can take up to 10 working days.

Important : Refund is not possible when your payment method is a debit card or from a check account - a credit voucher will be issued in its place for the same value.

All warranty returns can take up to 1 hour  - please be patient - safety first.

 

Product warranty replacement & upgrade rules.

We aim to replace all successful extended warranty claims within a period of 8 days

Where we are unable to replace your product due to low stock levels, we will try to find a suitable replacement product to the same or similiar value; failing which we will offer you a refund by means of a fully redeemable voucher.

 We are the only online sextoy store in South Africa that can offer you a complete peace of mind with our extended warranty for 1, 2 or 3 years, at an additional affordable cost.  

Please note!

All products with an extended warranty purchase carry a 30 days grace period for any claim for a replacement product or credit voucher

Refunds will only be done under the circumstance that you cannot recieve what you have ordered. Other than this, no refunds can be issued during the Covid-19 period.

The warranty applied on a product starts on the date of purchase, printed on the original invoice or delivery note.
